It is a socket type connection pipe which is made up of various components such as rubber ring and acetal ring to completely solve the problems of breakage and leakage of existing joint parts in the construction of water and sewage pipes.

  5. 5It is very easy to fasten the pipe because tightening socket is separately provided when cutting the middle portion of the Newtility pipe.

· Material Type

  • P301E Polyethylene Ployethylene

    Polyethylene material is an innovative material for sanitary water supply because it has no corrosion, no capillarity but non-toxic and odorless.
    Especially, it has good durability in all areas and coastal areas. It is also suitable as piping material for industrial water because it has excellent acid and alkali resistance.

  • J320 Polypropylene Ploypropylene

    Polypropylene fiber has a specific gravity of 0.91 which is lower than water and is the lightest and whitest among natural synthetic resins.
    Also, it has high strength and abrasion resistance, excellent chemical resistance and elastic properties.

  • EPDM Ethylene propylene rubber Ethylene propylene rubber

    It is an amorphous polymer substance obtained by the copolymerization of ethylene and propylene.
    EPDM is chemically stable, and the physical properties of vulcanized substances are show the characters of natural rubber and SBR.

· Product Material Characteristics

  • Excellent weatherproof and ozone resistance

    It has excellent stability to maintain initial physical properties over 20 years even when exposed to ultraviolet rays and ozone.

  • Heat resistance and cold resistance

    The temperature range is -40 ℃ to 150 ℃, and there is almost no change in quality even in harsh regions where climate change conditions is worse such as tropical and the cold region.

  • High EPDM content

    Dukwon products are different from low grade SHEET, which is called as "heat fusion SHEET", with less than 50% EPDM content. In addition to the essential additives for thermal fusion bonding, the EPDM content is mostly composed of about 70%, which is very excellent in performance.

  • Reliability of jointin

    By performing jointing between SHEETs as welding (heat fusion), it resolved the previous JOINT part which caused crack due to shrinkage and expansion depending on climate conditions.

· Sewage pipe

  1. water pressure 10kg
  2. When the water pressure is 12kg, the socket is OK but the pipe ruptures.
  3. No abnormality in the socket even if the load is more than 2 tons.

· Water pipe

  1. Water pressure 38kg
  2. Before the experiment, the pipe thickness is increased up to 110mm. After the experiment, the pipe thickness is increased to 122mm.
  3. Water pressure 38kg is inflated
